Develop a patient-facing educational platform for the Foundational Protocol to help patients understand foundational medicine and the science behind CellCore’s key products, while reducing the informational burden on practitioners.

Research & Planning
User Research: Conducted practitioner interviews to identify patients' educational needs and common questions.
Content Assessment: Reviewed existing content to identify areas needing better readability and accessibility.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, presenting the envisioned user flow to stakeholders for alignment.
Design & Development
Iterative Design: Used an agile approach to design and refine interactive modules and user flows based on stakeholder and user feedback.
UI/UX Enhancements: Designed registration flows, interactive modules, and progress tracking for an engaging experience.
Testing & Optimization: Leveraged VWO for heat mapping and A/B testing to improve layout and content presentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinated with DevOps to integrate secure login functionality while ensuring patient privacy.
Worked with marketing and education teams to align content and design goals.
Launch & Presentation
Platform Launch: Successfully launched the Foundational Protocol Journey platform, with positive initial feedback.
